OMGOSH I am in love with my new roof!❤️ Called WABO due to finding a shingle in the yard after a bad wind storm. Brian came out and spent about an hour on the roof and delivered the news that I needed a new roof. Brian was there for us step by step. He has always been available to any questions I have and his crew was super with getting the job done and cleaning up our yard. Brian, I thank you for the care you took to help us with our new roof. Are you considering WABO for your roof replacement? From my personal experience, I say stop considering and put your trust in the WABO Team. I had a random roofer stop at my house and give my husband their pitch. My husband had me on speaker phone, while he was there and I just didn’t get a good vibe. He was very pushy, and didn’t feel very sure of himself. Him and my husband had already called insurance to start a claim. Within a week or so insurance approved the claiim. As I didn’t feel comfortable with the random roofer, I called a couple of other roofers, WABO being one of them. I dug deep into all 3 roofers, WABO came out on top for several reasons. Their reviews were outstanding, their knowledge and presentation were top notch, and just good old instinct said go with WABO. From start to finish, their entire staff was very professional, kept the area around my home covered, cleaned up after themselves, a supervisor was present for the entire time they were replacing my roof. Took pictures throughout the process. Brian the owner even came by a few times to make sure everything was up to his standards. Lastly, did we need to replace our roof immediately, probably not. The way I justified doing it sooner than later, Insurance agreed that we needed a replacement, if we waited for a storm to come through and it did some serious damage, I could very well have internal water and wind damage to my home and personal property. If you think back to some of the storms/hurricanes that swept through Houston there were homes with tarps on them for months. Insurance companies were back logged, roofers came out of the woodwork price gauging and taking forever to start the replacement. I now have a new secure roof with a warranty. I no longer have to worry about my builder grade roof that could give way when I needed protection the most.

Working with Wabo was great. Initially meeting with Brian he was very thorough on the process and options. He worked with us on a few things prior to getting the roof installed. The foreman was very informative and helpful during the process and ultimately the roof looks great, no longer leaks and the clean up was really really good. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great product and great customer service. We had them replace our 20 year old roof as well as replace the old guttering. It looks fantastic.

Wabo did an amazing job! They made the process so simple and easy. I had roof damage from a hurricane and with their help I was able to get a whole new roof covered by my insurance (the only payment I had was my deductible). During the process they answered all of my questions and used the best products available. These guys are straight forward, do amazing work and are for the community! I highly recommend them if you need any type of roof work!

BEWARE, READ this before you do business with this Company. Wabo came out to do our roof, but they really wanted to do it just before a bad storm. Finding out the contract workers were people who knew nothing. After arguing with them over and over. After our Pool/Sauna were both ruined. Wabo did not want to redo the roof. It was completely ruined. I told my husband let’s take them to court. That is when they started to listen to us. They ruined a gutter that they just wanted to knock back into place. After back and forth they finally replaced part of the gutter, and they broke 2 vent covers that were never replaced. We spent $500 on an adjuster and were never reimbursed from Wabo. Our pool/Sauna is still ruined. The pieces of roofing are still falling. After weeks of arranging with this company they sent a crew that they said was their crew this time. They were as bad also. Our roof looks horrible til this day. NEVER do business with this company. Also, make sure any company you do business with has insurance, and read the bad reviews not the good reviews. . I have never seen a roof looks horrible til as bad as ours. They also broke some siding that was never replaced. The pictures attached are just some of how our roof was left at the end.

The team on site unfortunately had to work under some tough weather conditions, but they still managed to get everything done in a timely manner with great tempo, a smile and exceptional professionalism. My roofing journey didn’t start with Wabo, but it ended with them. I was approached by another company who said there was hail damage in my area and they could get my insurance to approve me for a new roof. They got the ball rolling, but could not provide enough information to the insurance company to move forward. I was frustrated that the process had stalled with no communication. I was then referred to Wabo. In one day they got the claim adjustor everything he needed to move forward. Vanessa worked hard to make sure the insurance company paid what was owed to me which meant I got more roof for my dollar then what the original company was offering. Brittany was easy to work with and was spot on with scheduling and letting me know what to expect before and after the project started. Mario who was overseeing the project was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Wabo.

We quoted Wabo against 4 other roofing companies and they were competitively priced, came in exactly on budget, and over delivered on their promises across the board. Install team was professional, started exactly on time and was done by 3pm the same day. Marshall Manchac and Katrina helped us through the insurance claim process from start to finish and worked directly with our insurance adjuster. We honestly could not be more pleased with our purchase. They earned every single one of the 5 stars I’m rating them.

From the first time we meet Mishell she was up front with us, and told us everything we needed to know to get our roof fixed. Even though our insurance company didn’t want to cover the cost for the roof, Mishell didn’t stop helping us to get our roof taken care of. Great customer care and it was done in a timely manner. Overall great experience. I was mostly happy that after having five other estimates done on my roof, everyone told me they would not involve insurance because they saw no wind damage. WABO was the sixth roofing company I called out and Josh said he saw clear hail damage, we called the adjuster out adjuster agreed! I was so happy to only have to pay the deductible and everything was done honestly and professionally. Thanks, WABO!
